 Statutory instruments (including statutory orders for National Curriculum subjects). Circulars and administrative memoranda relating to powers and duties under chapter 1 of the Education Reform Act (The Curriculum), and the curriculum policies.
 Any published HMI reports which refer expressly to the school.
 Any schemes of work currently used by the teachers in the school.
 A full copy of the complaints procedure.
 The Diocesean agreed syllabus for RE.
 A copy of that part of the Trust Deed which governs the provision of RE and any other written statement which may have been prepared about arrangements for RE, including any syllabus in use in the school.
