Please be advised we continue to be aware the current lunch account balances shown in pupil accounts may be different to their ACTUAL lunch account balance due to an ongoing error (on the outside platforms) between the catering tills and ParentPay.

This means catering cannot see money being added to the accounts and parents cannot see the lunch provision provided and/or charged by catering.

We have reported the issue and are advised it continues to be investigated.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused (and continues to cause) and appreciate your patience while it is being rectified.
