Dear parents,

Please be advised pupil lunch accounts have been updated today.  This means you may find your child's lunch account has gone into arrears.  The outstanding amount shown on your child's ParentPay account is for lunches that have already been taken, last week and this week.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, the charge for a lunch made by the till system, then reflected on ParentPay, has been £2.45.  The actual price for a school meal is currently £2.50, which means at some point, the arrears (5p per meal taken) will also be added to your child's account.

We appreciate the inconvenience this may cause but would like to assure you, all agencies involved are doing their very best to rectify the situation.
