Our children have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful cooked meals each day in the school hall. Our dedicated staff prepare freshly cooked meals and sandwiches, wraps and baguettes from our new modern kitchen.
School meals are now free for all Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 children. For Key Stage 2 children, school meal money, can be paid on a daily, weekly, monthly, half term or termly basis in cash, cheque or online.
If you receive Income Support, Income Based Job Seeker’s Allowance or Child Tax Credit (without Working Tax Credit) you are entitled to free school meals for your child in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Forms are available from the office or by visiting Telford & Wrekin’s website.
Children may bring packed lunches or go home for lunch. Children who bring a packed lunch can eat alongside their friends with school meals in the school hall. Children may bring a drink to have with their lunch but it must not be of the “fizzy” variety but a fruit juice, squash or mineral water.
Milk is provided for KS1 children on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Children in Classes 1 and 2 receive a free piece of quality fruit every day.
